I used a digi stamp from Sherri Baldy's My Bestie's shop that you can find here: http://www.mybestiesshop.com/store/p2770/My_Besties_Zen_Art_digi_stamp_IMG876.html.
To color the image I used Prismacolor Premier Pencils. First I layered in all of the lightest colors on the image. I then started building up layers by gradually adding in darker tones layering and blending as I went. Once I had all of my layers blocked in, I then used baby oil and a size 2 watercolor brush to blend the layers together. The baby oil helps to remove the waxy look of the colored pencils and creates a watercolor like smooth blend among the layers.
